I’m a Midwesterner with a Northeast vibe living on the West coast! I take my self care seriously. I have a trainer, nutritionist and emotional health professional in my corner. I love my work and always have. I’m grossly overpaid and have way more fun in my work life than I should. I’m recently divorced from a 30 year marriage and am as happy as I’ve ever been, and as unencumbered as I’ve ever been living my best life.
